1. Cancellation by Users
As a user of the Ofaami platform, you can cancel or modify your booking, subject to the following terms:

Canceling 24 Hours or More Before the Service:
- You may cancel or modify your booking at no charge if you do so 24 hours or more before the scheduled service time. Any payments made will be refunded in full, except for non-refundable services.

Canceling Less Than 24 Hours Before the Service:
- If you cancel the booking less than 24 hours before the service, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee can be up to 50% of the total service cost, depending on the service type, location, and specific Service Provider policies.
- Late cancellations may also result in reduced service quality or availability, and we cannot guarantee that the Service Provider will be available at a later time.

No-Show or Failure to Cancel:
- If you fail to show up for the scheduled service or do not cancel within the required time frame, a full cancellation fee (up to 100% of the service cost) will apply.
- No-show fees will be charged to compensate the Service Provider for time and resources spent preparing for the service.
How to Cancel a Booking
You can cancel or modify your booking using the following methods:
- Via the Ofaami App: Open the app, navigate to your booking, and select the "Cancel" or "Modify" option. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
- Via the Ofaami Website: Log in to your account on the Ofaami website, go to your booking history, and select the relevant booking to cancel or modify.

2. Cancellation by Service Providers
In some cases, Service Providers may need to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, personal emergencies, or logistical issues.
- Notification: If a Service Provider needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible.
- Rebooking: We will make every effort to reschedule the service with another available provider or assist you in finding an alternative solution.
- Full Refund: If a Service Provider cancels and no suitable alternative is available, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds for Cancellations: If you cancel your booking within the allowed time frame, you are eligible for a full or partial refund based on the cancellation conditions.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment:
- Shortened Service: The Service Provider may still be able to provide the service, but it will be shortened based on the remaining available time.
- Late Arrival Fee: If the delay causes significant disruption, a late arrival fee may be charged. The Service Provider may also reserve the right to cancel the booking, and you will still be liable for the full service cost.
5. Frequent Cancellations
We aim to maintain a fair and respectful environment for both users and Service Providers. If you repeatedly cancel or fail to show up for bookings, the following may occur:
- Account Suspension: Ofaami reserves the right to suspend or permanently disable your account after multiple cancellations or no-shows.
- Penalty Fees: In some cases, repeated cancellations may incur additional fees, or you may be required to pay a security deposit for future bookings.
6. Force Majeure (Exceptional Circumstances)
In the event of force majeure situations (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, etc.) that prevent either the User or the Service Provider from fulfilling the booking:
- Waiver of Fees: Ofaami may waive cancellation fees if you are unable to attend or reschedule due to such circumstances.
- Refunds: In case of force majeure, users may be entitled to a refund depending on the situation, but this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Changes to the Cancellation Policy
